Responsibilities

Senior Payroll Specialist will handle payroll for exempt/non-exempt employees (semi-monthly + weekly)
Liaise with payroll vendor on tax filings, involuntary orders, stock comp reporting
Support payroll journal entries, accruals, and tax statements
Research/escalation support, root cause, and resolution
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will stay current with payroll regulatory changes
Recommend/implement process improvements
Support internal/external audits

Required

5+ years of payroll experience
Experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees
Previous experience with a multinational company
Strong Excel - pivot tables + data manipulation
Excellent communication and problem-solving
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Able to work independently and within a team
