Senior Project Lead– Prison & Justice-Involved Education

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation
Project Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables within the given timeline and budget. Track progress, identify potential risks and issues, and provide solutions
Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure project status updates and manage expectations. Facilitate communication within the team to ensure all members are aligned and informed of project progress
Resource Management: Allocate resources appropriately to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Identify and mitigate potential resource constraints and conflicts
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Develop and implement quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining project quality standards. Develop and implement change management processes and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or project management
8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget or Master's Degree in a related field
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise with project management software and tools like (Smartsheets, Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

PMI and/or PMP certification is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual preferred
