Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project activities from start to finish
Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to support accurate execution
Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed
Support client communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in water or wastewater construction projects
3–7 years of experience in project engineering or assistant project management roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Driven, proactive, and eager to take on increasing responsibility
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
