Defense Business Development Lead

Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts in assigned Defense markets with drone detection radar solutions for Defense customers and partners
Develop and execute compelling market plans that captivate existing customers and entice new prospects
Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings with Defense partners and customers
Ignite your creativity as you brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to skyrocket sales and set new industry benchmarks
Be a brand ambassador for Robin Radar, playing a pivotal role in spreading its influence among potential technology partners and distribution channels

Required

7+ years of experience as a successful individual sales executive supporting the U.S. Department of War (DoW). Having a military background, knowledge of the U.S. Government acquisition processes (FAR, JCIDs, OTA, CSO, contracting) definitely gives you an advantage
Experience with proposals, sales methodologies, and pipeline management in CRM
A trailblazer who can independently develop and grow in the Defense drone detection markets
Passion for radar technology, with an understanding of other sensors and effectors that complement the Counter Unmanned Aviation Systems (CUAS) market. Although you may not be an engineer, you can understand and communicate technology
Must be a U.S. citizen with a security clearance or the ability to qualify for one
Resourceful and highly adaptable, able to quickly adjust to changing market dynamics and deliver results in any environment
Obsessed with delivering exceptional support to both new and long-term customers
Communication skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation
