Deliver calibrated, evidence-based forecasts on complex real-world topics (e.g., geopolitics, macroeconomics, global events)
Clearly document forecasting rationale, assumptions, methodology, and sources
Participate in peer review and collaborative refinement of forecasts
Advise on prompt design, scoring frameworks, and resolution criteria
Support evaluation of AI-generated forecasts against expert human benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Recognized affiliation with forecasting organizations (e.g., Good Judgment Project, Swift Centre, RFI, IIF)
Proven track record of high forecasting accuracy and calibration
Experience in competitive or high-stakes forecasting environments
Strong probabilistic reasoning, analytical thinking, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and asynchronously on structured tasks
