Responsibilities
Greet, welcome and direct guests; provide administrative support to location
Answer telephone and route calls to appropriate person/department
Receive and sort mail, package deliveries, etc
Greet and director vendors to appropriate person/department
Answers/forwards guest requests, complaints or questions in a courteous and timely manner
Assist other office staff during periods of absence and down time
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Assist in annual event planning
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Successful track record of prioritizing and multitasking; and thriving in a fast paced environment
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
The associate is regularly required to sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel
The associate frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
The associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Preferred
1 to 2 years related experience and/or training preferred
