Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts assigned to the Federal, State, and Local Government departments employing drone detection solutions and partners
Develop and execute compelling market plans that captivate existing customers and entice new prospects
Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings with partners and customers
Ignite your creativity as you brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to skyrocket sales, setting new benchmarks in the industry
Be a brand ambassador for Robin Radar, playing a pivotal role in spreading its influence among potential technology partners and distribution channels

Required

7+ years of experience as a successful individual sales executive supporting the Federal, State, and Local Government customers with security-related solutions; Being a previous government employee or an experienced Government market sales person, knowledge of the U.S. Government's acquisition processes (JCIDs, OTA, CSO, contracting) definitely gives you an advantage
Experience with proposals, qualifying opportunities, and pipeline management in CRM
A trailblazer who can independently further develop and grow in the National Security market, drone detection markets
Is a listener, problem solver, and coalition builder
Obsessed with delivering exceptional support to both new and long-term customers
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to adapt to whatever the market throws at you
Passion for radar (radar) technology, with an understanding of other sensors and effectors that complement the Counter Unmanned Aviation Systems (CUAS) market. Although you may not be an engineer, you can understand and communicate technology
Must be a U.S. citizen with a security clearance or the ability to qualify for one
Communication skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation
