They are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to plan and organize project activities, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites while coordinating with various teams and overseeing field staff.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize project activities to ensure labor, materials, tools, and equipment are available and aligned with scope, budget, and schedule requirements

Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, actively enforcing safety standards and working to achieve incident-free operations

Work closely with client representatives and internal teams to follow site-specific access, security, and safety requirements

Ensure that field personnel are informed of design updates, requests for information, and documentation changes, maintaining consistent communication across all parties

Coordinate required inspections in accordance with applicable regulations and facilitate final approvals upon project completion

Maintain routine documentation of site progress, conditions, workforce levels, and daily activities

Partner with operational leadership and field leads to keep projects advancing efficiently

Oversee completion of outstanding items and support final closeout activities

Develop advance planning schedules and prepare lists of required materials and tools to support upcoming work

Provide direct oversight of field staff and subcontracted trades, ensuring expectations for quality, cost control, and timelines are met

Support workforce development by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and fostering a positive and safety-focused work environment

Monitor individual performance, provide coaching, and contribute to ongoing professional growth
