Responsibilities
Understand key digital payment product constructs, the associated data (digital & traditional), the relevant risk vectors, and the strengths & limitations of existing capabilities and controls
Develop, enhance, and monitor capabilities and controls that support industry leading fraud rates as well as best in class customer experience for agentic product launches and product enhancements
Partner across multiple stakeholders to align on business requirements and provide clarifications to product & technology team on feature solutions
Facilitate meetings, coordinate change management activities, prepare documentation, and ensure project deliverables are met
Conduct adhoc data analysis as needed and share insights with leadership, partners, and stakeholders in a simple, clear, and compelling way
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of the credit card and digital payments ecosystem
Ability to influence and drive alignments across multiple business stakeholders, without direct authority
Strong project management and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to write crisp, concise, accurate business requirements
Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced area of the business
Demonstrated thought leadership abilities and will to win
Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
Basic experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Hive or Python
Comfortable with Agile methods, mindset, tools, and processes
Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field (such as: Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research, Engineering)
3 years or more professional experience in financial services
