ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - ITOM
Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support a major ServiceNow implementation within a financial services organization. The role focuses on process design, optimization, and adoption, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead business process discovery, analysis, and design across ServiceNow modules
Facilitate workshops with business, IT, and operational stakeholders
Define to-be processes , user journeys, and service models aligned to ITIL and financial services standards
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and stories for delivery teams
Ensure processes align with ServiceNow best practices and minimise customisation
Support process governance , controls, and compliance requirements
Drive user adoption , change management inputs, and operational readiness
Work closely with architects, developers, and product owners throughout delivery
Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimisation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, including: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfilment, Knowledge Management
Experience working on ServiceNow implementations or transformations
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Ability to operate in complex, regulated environments (financial services preferred)
Strong documentation skills (process maps, functional designs, RACI, KPIs)
Preferred
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM)
Knowledge of CSDM and service modelling concepts
ITIL certification (v4 preferred)
Experience supporting banking, insurance, or investment firms
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models
