Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) workshops, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to assess cost, schedule, and risk exposure
Work closely with project risk owners to develop credible impact assessments, ensuring all risks and mitigations are fully costed and accurately scheduled
Manage stakeholder engagement across design, construction, commercial, and client teams to ensure alignment on risk priorities and controls
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register and risk profile for large-scale data centre programmes
Produce stress-test scenarios for extreme or compound risk events, applying expert modelling techniques to inform strategic decision-making
Present risk outputs, insights, and scenarios to the wider project and client leadership teams in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks aligned to industry best practice
Provide training, coaching, and updates on risk processes for team members and client stakeholders
Promote a culture of proactive risk mitigation and early issue identification across the programme
Build strong working relationships with client representatives, maintaining trust and repeat engagement
Contribute to the growth of the risk advisory offering through high-quality delivery and strategic insights
Qualification
Required
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
Proven experience as a Cost Manager for an owner's representative/ consultancy delivering risk management and risk modelling services on major capital projects
Ideally 5-12+ years' experience within data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, or energy sectors
Strong analytical and strategic leadership capabilities
Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across large programmes
