Responsibilities
Lead on client engagements to drive AI/Agentic led transformation of business operations – incl. business case, process redesign, Tech and AI solutions etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges
Guide clients in reimagining their AI and data strategies, with hyper focus on generating new business value, leveraging AI services, and optimizing enterprise structures
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders
Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' strategic goals
Ensure the integration of AI services into clients’ technology frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency
Monitor project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets
Drive responsible AI practices including model risk, explainability, and compliance
Manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for growth
Define and shape new offerings, go-to-market campaigns
Build and lead high-performing teams of AI strategy consultants, data scientists and AI Architects
Establish AI-first operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, enterprise architecture, and related technologies
Promote and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the consulting practice
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events, establishing thought leadership in enterprise architecture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience in Data, AI/Analytics, and enterprise-scale AI programs
Proven success leading AI-led business transformation programs
Experience advising senior executives and board-level stakeholders
Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Strong expertise in: AI and Analytics Solution architecture
Machine learning, GenAI/LLMs, and AI agents
Data strategy and modern data platforms
MLOps and AI lifecycle management
Preferred
Masters of Business Administration preferred
Exposure to AI governance, model risk, and regulatory compliance
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI and data services
Publications, patents, or thought leadership in AI are a plus
