GL account reconciliations

Revenues and Accounts Receivable analysis

Various journal entries

Assist with the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

Respond to Accounting Manager/ VP of Accounting questions and requests

Review AR analysis and reports

Other assigned duties

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

5+ year experience for Senior Accountant

Knowledge of finance and accounting under GAAP

Microsoft Office proficiency and proficient in MS Excel skills

Month-end close experience a must

Balance sheet reconciliation experience a must

Must be able to work independently with little direction

Excellent communication skills are required including written, verbal and listening

Team player with the ability to relate to all levels

Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, strong organizational skills, good judgment, sense of urgency and professionalism in dealing with confidential information

Highly self-motivated and a problem solver

Preferred

Master's Degree or CPA preferred

Public Accounting experience preferred

Experience using NetSuite
