Responsibilities
Lead cloud and infrastructure initiatives as services are brought fully in-house
Design, build, and improve AWS and Azure environments for scalability, reliability, and security
Support and evolve hybrid connectivity between cloud platforms and on-prem/data-center systems
Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, owning problems through to resolution
Modernize operational processes around monitoring, alerting, orchestration, and incident response
Partner closely with trading, engineering, and global infrastructure teams on shared platform initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–10 years' experience in cloud &/or infrastructure engineering roles
Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computing, or similar subject(s)
Strong hands-on experience across AWS and/or Azure, plus solid systems knowledge (Linux preferred)
Background in FinTech, trading &/or buy-side environments
Experience operating hybrid environments spanning cloud and on-prem infrastructure
A proactive mindset with strong communication skills and comfort owning issues end-to-end
Ability to work autonomously in a small, high-visibility global team
