Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fitness machines to reduce downtime

Handle routine maintenance including flooring, paint touch-ups, minor plumbing, and window/door fixes

Recognize HVAC issues and coordinate with vendors for service

Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, sound, and basic security wiring

Create and follow a schedule to keep equipment and facilities in top shape

Coordinate with third-party specialists when repairs go beyond scope

Ensure all locations meet basic building and OSHA safety standards

Be available for urgent repair needs to avoid disruptions

Monitor supply usage, repair costs, and submit mileage reimbursements
