This role focuses on delivering a robust, scalable ITAM solution aligned to retail business operations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as ServiceNow ITAM Architect for a full HAM/SAM implementation

Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Define ITAM strategy, data models, and technical architecture aligned with retail environments

Configure and implement:

Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro)

Discovery, CMDB, and integrations where required

Work closely with stakeholders across IT, procurement, finance, and vendors

Provide architectural governance, best practices, and technical leadership

Support data migration, license compliance, optimisation, and reporting

Guide developers and configuration teams; review and approve technical designs

Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements
