Responsibilities
Collect and analyze project data (e.g., timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics) from various sources
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis
Generate reports and visualizations to present insights to project managers and stakeholders
Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying potential deviations and risks
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on project status
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential project risks
Assist in developing mitigation strategies to address identified risks
Facilitate project meetings and document action items
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverable deadlines are met
Effectively communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Analyze project management processes and identify areas for optimization
Recommend improvements to project management methodologies and tools
Identify and lead initiatives to develop automation of processes and reporting
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Develop and update project knowledge databases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
4+ years of experience as a project analyst or similar role
Experience supporting projects of varying size and scope
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
Proficiency with using MS Office tools to effectively present data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and critical path analysis
Preferred
PMP or CAPM certification
Experience using Power BI or Tableau
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with the USN SSP SWS
