Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Incorporate resource and cost loading into schedules to manage project timelines effectively
Track and report project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals
Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to measure project performance against budget and schedule
Identify and communicate Critical Path activities and potential scheduling risks
Prepare and present 60-day Look-Ahead schedules to project teams
Work closely with project teams to refine schedules and ensure alignment with project objectives
Assist in schedule assurance reviews and incorporate feedback into project timelines
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders regarding schedule updates and risks

Required

Knowledge of project scheduling best practices and ability to analyze scheduling data
Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking
Strong analytical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including operations, management, and finance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting scheduling data
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within a similar industry
