Responsibilities
Manage data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance
Lead and mentor project teams, establishing clear roles, expectations, and communication plans
Oversee estimating, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and reporting activities
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Typically 5+ years of relevant construction experience
3+ years in a Project Manager role
Experience managing teams and complex projects
Worked for Electrical contractor
Strong experience in electrical construction, specifically on data centers or other mission critical projects
Proven ability to lead project teams and manage professional staff
Solid understanding of project financials, scheduling, and execution best practices
A collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
MUST be open to extensive travelling or relocation
