Responsibilities

Help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration

Actively circulate the sales floor to understand each customer’s needs, share the benefits of our loyalty programs, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish

Deliver exceptional service and help maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions

Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
