Qualification
Required
Must be within a 50-mile radius
Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite required
Contract-to-hire
Scope includes conceptual design through detailed design
5+ years Revit required (primary tool)
Responsible for complete, accurate, coordinated drawing sets
Full ownership of quality, schedule, and delivery
Must be able to lead small teams (3–12 designers)
Manage workload, monitor progress, and coordinate across disciplines
Strong accountability and ownership expected
Tools used: Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks
Sketching and 3D modeling part of workflow
Preferred
7+ years drafting/design preferred
Global coordination experience is a plus
Familiarity with Bluebeam/Navisworks helps with quick ramp-up
