This role involves performing routine maintenance services to ensure customer vehicles are safe and running smoothly while providing a fast and friendly service experience.

Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, wiper and air filter installations
Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate recommendations to advisors
Check and top off fluid levels, inspect tires, brakes, lights, and basic safety components
Maintain a clean and organized work bay, tools, and service area
Adhere to dealership and manufacturer safety protocols
Assist with other service lane duties as needed, including vehicle movement and light facility upkeep
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow a process and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow within a structured service environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
Preferred
Previous lube tech or express lane experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right person
