Project Superintendent

They are seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage all field operations for a multi-family project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities
Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings
Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
Manage day to day and overall project schedule
Complete detailed daily reports in Procore and manage subcontractor daily report entries
Issue updated look-ahead schedules for weekly Trade Partner and OAC meetings
Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Manage the RFI process
Work with the Project Management team to ensure all of the following requirements are met::
Project deadlines
Milestones
Trade Partner performance
Quality standards
Invoicing/cash flow requirements
Safety requirements
Manage Trade Partners and vendors
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including collecting and saving mandatory daily subcontractor JSAs
Prepare and submit progress reports
Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation
Handle submittals and change orders efficiently
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience managing all on-site day to day operations of ground-up projects with budgets in excess of $30MM
Strong knowledge of construction management principles
Procore advanced competency
OSHA 30 certification
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with Bluebeam, submittals, and change orders
Advanced skills using mobile technologies
Fluent in Spanish and English
