Qualification
Required

Union enrollment (Carpenters Union required for project compliance)
Proficient in reading blueprints, scheduling, and job cost tracking
Excellent communication and leadership skills for field and client interactions
Willingness to travel extensively with flexibility for varying project sites
Familiarity with construction management software
OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
