HR Intern
Teams Squared is a global remote-first company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support their recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes, focusing on maintaining candidate records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with recruitment administration.

Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date candidate records in our internal systems and applicant tracking tools
Update candidate status across the recruitment pipeline in real-time
Conduct pre-interview screening checks including LinkedIn verifications, resume consistency reviews, and basic background validations
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers
Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed (e.g., documentation, follow-ups, email correspondence)
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling and candidate records
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving internal HR processes
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Interest in HR, recruitment, and operations
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute in a remote work environment
