Project Coordinator – Operations Support
ROS Electric LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator – Operations Support to assist their Division Project Managers and help keep internal office and project workflows running smoothly. This role serves as a key connection point between the office, field teams, vendors, and management, ideal for someone with administrative or project support experience looking to grow within the electrical or construction industry.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to Division Project Managers and field leadership
Coordinate workflows between office staff, field personnel, vendors, and management
Assist with project documentation, scheduling, job tracking, and internal reporting
Manage and maintain organized digital project files, forms, and records
Support procurement, job setup, and project closeout processes
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
Help improve, document, and maintain efficient office systems and processes
Support general office operations as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day function
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations roles
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project management tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
Construction industry experience preferred (electrical industry a plus, but not required)
