Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive sales team and leadership
Qualification
Required

Experience in performing needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Ability to clearly explain policy benefits, coverage details, and costs
Experience in assisting clients with application completion and underwriting requirements
Ability to provide ongoing customer service, including policy updates and claims assistance
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive sales team and leadership
Preferred
Experience in life, accident, and supplemental insurance solutions
Previous experience in a commission-based compensation model
