The role involves coordinating order changes, ensuring equipment functionality, and collaborating with manufacturing to return machines to production.

Responsibilities
Coordinate order changes and dish washing for HCM, Unisor, and Unified equipment
Ensure order quantities are met before initiating changes, using basic math skills
Break down, clean, and adjust HCMs to ensure proper equipment function
Inspect equipment for foreign capsules and conduct quality checks
Set up and troubleshoot iBox and perform formula changes at HCM
Enter order changes and setups in SCADA and SharePoint
Collaborate with Manufacturing to return machines to production
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
Must pass color vision test (score 100 or below)
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
On-site presence at the plant is required
Preferred
Experience with SCADA systems and SharePoint is a plus
