Responsibilities
Support the Director of Construction and Design across all project phases, from concept to completion
Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design intent and buildability
Produce and review design documentation, 3D models, and presentations
Represent ownership confidently in meetings, contributing ideas and design insight
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of architectural experience within hospitality, cultural, or performance-based projects
Strong technical ability with proficiency in Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp
Confident communicator who can represent design direction and work independently
A genuine passion for creating spaces that bring people together through design and music
Preferred
Experience on the developer or client side is a plus, but not essential
