Required

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic and mechanical integration and assembly processes

Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic assembly equipment, tools, and techniques

Technical Skills: Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures

Technical Skills: Experience with production planning, scheduling, and control systems

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills
