Customer Service Specialist – Finance & Insurance (Remote)
Taskify AI is seeking experienced customer service and client support professionals from the finance and insurance sectors to contribute domain expertise to AI evaluation and improvement projects. In this role, you will apply your background in financial and insurance customer service to help evaluate and refine AI systems focused on client communication and service workflows.

Design and analyze real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to assess AI reasoning and responses
Develop clear, structured written solutions and example dialogues related to claims assistance, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communications
Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and alignment with financial and insurance standards
Apply best practices in customer service and client relations to support continuous improvement of AI systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles within the finance or insurance sector: Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, Client Support or Customer Success professional
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain financial or insurance concepts clearly in writing
Demonstrated problem-solving and customer-focused reasoning abilities
Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country or region of residence
