Taskify AI is seeking experienced industrial engineers to contribute expertise in operations optimization, production systems, and process improvement to AI evaluation and enhancement projects. In this role, you will apply your industrial engineering knowledge and analytical reasoning to help evaluate and refine AI systems.

Responsibilities

Design and solve real-world industrial and production engineering problems to assess AI reasoning and outputs

Develop clear, structured written solutions related to workflow design, production planning, lean principles, and quality control

Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, analytical soundness, and operational insight

Collaborate with research teams to enhance AI understanding of process optimization, supply chain management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)

Required

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, or Operations Analyst

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Python) and familiarity with process mapping, workflow design, and optimization techniques

Strong English communication and reasoning skills

Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation

Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country or region of residence
