They are seeking a Data Entry Technician responsible for accurately entering new or refill orders, handling communication, and delivering outstanding customer service and patient care.

Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc
Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or equivalent
Current Pharmacy Technician license in appropriate state
Strong computer skills
Outstanding telephone communication skills
