Responsibilities

Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agents
Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agents
Providing hands-on field training and collaborative work experiences
Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
Creating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environment
Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers

Required

Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)

External recruiting: 1 year
