Account Executive
EVONA is partnered with an advanced navigation tech company that supplies exciting defense projects in the U.S. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage a growing portfolio of clients in the defense sector, focusing on building relationships and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
Own relationships across a portfolio of defense accounts
Provide first-line commercial and technical support to client stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery, onboarding, and usage success
Identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Navigate defense contract requirements
Maintain accurate CRM data and support forecasting
Qualification
Required
Background in hardware sales, support, or account management (defense preferred)
Experience working with navigation systems, sensors, robotics, or related tech
Familiar with supply chain dynamics and procurement processes in defense
Comfortable with FAR-based contracting environments
CRM confident (Salesforce preferred), detail-oriented, client-first mindset
Must be based in or open to DC or Huntsville
