Responsibilities
Reviews multiple subsidiary’s financial information
General Ledger month-end/quarter-end/year-end close cycles
Prepares monthly intercompany entries and analyzes intercompany balances
Prepares monthly invoices and monitors collections and receivable balances accordingly
Prepare monthly closing packages
Analyzes and reconciles payable/receivable activity on a monthly basis
Prepares and analyzes year-end tax package information for the subsidiaries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation
Preferred
Master's Degree in Accounting considered a plus
CPA preferred but not required
3+ years of public accounting experience is preferred but not required
Real Estate Accounting is ideal
