Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients obtained through warm leads to discuss benefit options using a consultative sales approach - No cold calling!
Develop quotes and create proposals based on clients' needs
Walk through explanation of quotes and present proposal to decision makers of small businesses
Provide support during implementation process
Facilitate employee roll-outs for appropriate benefit lines chosen
Qualification
Required
1-2 years related experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Current State's License in Life and Health insurance is required or may be obtained within 90 days of employment
Valid driver's license is required for travel
Preferred
Experience in health insurance or customer service preferred
