Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy and achievement of sales targets
Provide ongoing training, field coaching, and performance management to elevate skill sets and drive excellence
Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement aligned with brand values
Own and exceed regional sales goals by creating and executing territory plans that drive reorder rates, service adoption, and retail sell-through
Identify high-value growth opportunities within medical aesthetics clinics, med spas, and luxury spa partners
Analyze territory performance, business trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional onboarding, education, and ongoing support
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement growth plans
Oversee training initiatives—including virtual, in-person, and event support—to enhance provider confidence and treatment conversion
Ensure flawless implementation of programs, promotions, merchandising, and treatment protocols across the region
Represent the brand at regional events, trade shows, and trainings to expand visibility and drive new business
Maintain close collaboration with Education, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a consistent, elevated brand experience

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in professional skincare, medical aesthetics, or spa & wellness field sales
3+ years proven success managing a sales team and driving multi-state territory growth
