Responsibilities

Define high-value asset management workflows such as portfolio construction, investment strategy development, earnings analysis, and performance benchmarking

Create structured evaluation frameworks and test cases to assess AI reasoning and decision-making in financial scenarios

Specify inputs, expected outputs, and measurable success criteria

Evaluate AI performance across areas such as risk-return analysis, asset allocation, trend identification, and investment insights

Identify and curate high-quality financial datasets (e.g., SEC filings, earnings call transcripts, research reports) to support AI training and validation

Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve model accuracy, consistency, and financial domain alignment

Required

7+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Strategy, or Portfolio Management

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working with data science or engineering teams is a plus (AI/ML exposure preferred)
