Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of unitized curtain wall projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Oversee project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and contract compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and general contractors
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and progress meetings, providing timely updates to stakeholders
Manage change orders, cost tracking, and invoicing in line with company policies
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing curtain wall projects, with a strong emphasis on unitized systems
Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial and high-end residential façade projects
Excellent understanding of construction documentation, shop drawings, and installation sequences
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
Familiarity with New York City building codes and façade regulations
Experience with BIM coordination and 3D modeling tools
