Responsibilities
Build product features across frontend and backend, from spec to launch
Work on internal tooling used by compliance and ops teams every day
Write clean APIs, model data well, and ship reliable UI
Debug production issues and improve observability and performance
Collaborate closely with PM, Design, and other engineers to deliver outcomes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
2+ years of experience building production software
Comfort with modern web development and backend APIs
Strong fundamentals: debugging, data modeling, API design, and writing readable code
Ability to move fast, ask good questions, and take ownership
Strong communication and a bias to action
Preferred
React and TypeScript experience
Python (Flask or FastAPI) or Node.js experience
Postgres and SQL comfort
Interest in fintech, compliance, fraud, or risk systems
