Lead the design vision and delivery of major, complex architectural projects
Champion design quality from concept through construction
Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers and project architects
Collaborate with studio leadership to shape the culture and direction of the practice
Engage with clients, consultants, and partners to drive project success
Support new business efforts as part of a team-based approach
Play a key role in recruiting and developing emerging talent
Qualification
Required
Extensive architectural experience and a strong portfolio of built work
Proven ability to lead design on large, complex projects
Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients and guide internal teams
Excellent technical coordination skills and a sharp design sensibility
Collaborative leadership style with a studio-first mindset
Willingness to relocate to Houston and commit to growing the local studio
Preferred
US architectural license preferred
