Responsibilities
Assist in teaching coding, robotics, and engineering concepts to students of various ages
Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
Communicate effectively with students and parents
Collaborate with other instructors to develop engaging lesson plans and activities
Qualification
Required
Excellent Communication Skills
Have a valid drivers license
You will be required to complete a local and national background check
Be very comfortable with technology and using computers
A reliable vehicle that can transport up to 4 large plastic totes
Able to lift equipment totes weighing up to 40 pounds
You must be very punctual and reliable
You need to be able to work independently and communicate with us regularly via email and phone
Patient, positive personality
Be organized and efficient to run an effective class
You must be self-confident, energetic, creative, and assertive enough to control a class of high energy elementary-age kids
Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Knowledge of Legos, Minecraft, Programming, or Robotics experience
Background in tutoring/coaching kids
