Own customer onboarding and success end-to-end
Maintain and grow a book of business
Work closely with founders and engineers to turn customer feedback into scalable processes and product improvements
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, implementation, or insurance-focused roles
4+ years of experience as a consultant (e.g., MBB) or in customer implementation roles
Prior experience working with insurance or financial services customers
Strong technical intuition with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
Undergraduate degree from a top-50 university
