Lead maintenance team and daily plant maintenance operations
Champion Maintenance Excellence & TPM deployment
Improve equipment reliability, OEE, and zero-loss performance
Partner with Production to resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement
Develop team skills, training, tools, and processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and maintenance excellence principles
Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives
Ability to work in a high-volume, FDA/USDA-inspected environment
Experience in managing and developing a maintenance team
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve equipment issues
Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives
