Responsibilities
Acting as an escalation point for technical issues across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, SCCM, Intune and Active Directory
Supporting key business applications including Salesforce, M365, Box, Zoom and Adobe
Managing onboarding setups, device provisioning and standard hardware images
Troubleshooting Zoom Rooms and conference technologies
Owning tickets from initial triage through resolution
Supporting mobile devices and secure remote access tools
Qualification
Required
3 plus years in a desktop support or support services role across Windows and Mac environments
Experience with M365, Intune, and device management tools
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Ability to work in the Denver office 3 days per week
