Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus
Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of litigation experience within a Business Litigation Practice Group
