Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines across development and production environments, with a strong focus on automation and reliability

Design, operate, and evolve scalable, highly available infrastructure, including disaster recovery and production performance

Contribute to architectural decisions, participate in technical discussions, and help troubleshoot complex system issues

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and stability of production systems throughout their lifecycle, including releases and patching

Build and maintain automation and tooling using scripting languages such as Bash and Python

Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver secure, robust, and scalable applications

Promote best practices around documentation, operational processes, and knowledge sharing

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, managing complex, production-grade infrastructure

Strong Linux and web server experience, with solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancing) and security best practices

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages to streamline operations and CI/CD workflows

Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and designing reliable CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Zabbix) to ensure system performance and reliability

Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
