Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist

They are seeking qualified candidates to join their team of Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialists responsible for taking in-bound calls from members in need of roadside assistance and providing customer care and follow-up.

Responsibilities

Taking in-bound calls from members in need of roadside assistance (a tire change, a jump start, a tow for their vehicle) via phone
Arranging the needed service by selecting and dispatching a service provider
Providing customer care and follow up

Qualification

BilingualCustomer ServiceTechnology UtilizationBasic TypingProblem Solving

Required

High School education level
Bilingual in English and another language
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to utilize modern technology for basic tasks such as address location, research, and basic typing
Ability to take inbound calls
No previous experience necessary
