Assistant Branch Manager
F&M Trust is looking to hire an Assistant Community Office Manager for their West Side Office. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leading internal sales activities, and promoting exceptional customer experiences while providing leadership to a team of financial service representatives.

Responsible for the daily operations of the office
Leading the internal sales activities
Promoting exceptional customer experiences
Ensuring operational standards are upheld
Exemplify a holistic relationship management approach by opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts
Taking consumer loan applications
Referring customers for other bank products and services
Promoting team sales success within the office
Provide leadership to a Senior Financial Services Representative and 4 Financial Services Representatives (FSR)
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience and a desire to excel in and promote a sales and service culture
Previous supervisory experience
Strong communicator
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Outgoing personality
Team-oriented
Preferred
Previous banking experience
